If you a missing the personal experience we should have from a bank you need to try this one. The staff are unbelievable they even remembered my name. This branch made me feel special and lets face it we all want to feel special. I found the staff to be very attentive and willing to help unlike my previous branch that wanted me to talk to a machine for all my banking needs and automated services and oversea call centres. So if you want to experience a real bank that has taught it staff about customer services then you have to try this one.
Best staff I have come across in any bank or branch. They should be used as a training camp for other banks and branches. Highly recommend them. Yes they do remember your name, which is embarrassing when you have forgotten their names.
17 Heath Rd, Twickenham TW1 4AW, UK – 0345 300 0000
This branch doesn't seem to be frequented too often, and I've never found I've had to wait long at all to see someone. They were super helpful the time when all my cards got cloned, and the cheque machine is super simple to use. Nice, bright, open and airy.
Pleasant and spacious and a nice place to visit, but like a lot of Lloyds banks these days it has a skeleton staff so watch out if you're in a rush. One teller and a queue is a common sight.

I was in a big trouble as my card was cloned, Helen helped me in everything I needed to sort out. Very friendly and competent. I highly recommend
Thank you for the friendly and competent service expertly delivered by BEN ROSE this early morning 09/10/2017 This branch employs lovely staff!

Rather small and pokey branch but it has everything you need. And the Nationwide is a national treasure: our last building society - which means it is run for the benefit of its customers not its shareholders. It's also one of the best providers of added benefits accounts.
Twickenham TW1 3NH, UK
This building's lift is an awesome 1960s Otis. You can become lost in here because you never know if a door is locked or not. This is annoying

Very efficient and friendly local authority Always helpful and professional
Good service and help, used to be better but due to the demand the service has been streamlined, appointments for new claims have to be booked though walk in is still available for updating claims.

Excellent. Michael and his team helped our family when we relocated to the area. We chose this practice because of the high quality of service provided. We were able to talk at length to reception to arrange a number of appointments at short notice, the waiting area is pleasant and we didn't have to wait long. They had all the expertise and technology to cover our needs (young children, orthodontists, and cosmetics).
The dentist is not my favourite place to be, that said, this is an exceptional dental practice! I received excellent dental care and all the staff are smiley and friendly.

My family and I have been visiting Ham Dental Practice for years now and have always been very happy with the service. The staff are great with our little boy too.

Had waited months for an appointment at another clinic and was told to wait another month for a tooth treatment. I called Park Road Dental and they saw me and treated me within the week. Aside from their taking me on so quickly, their care was absolutely impeccable — they were very kind, helpful and the dentist who saw me was very capable and tried to put me at ease throughout the visit. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!!
Amazing place to work Very nice clean and well organised practice Outstanding patient care Lovely members of staff It was really good experience working with Dr.Pia

Extremely helpful and accommodating front desk staff, despite their workload and being yelled at by an endless stream of ill-mannered patients. Doctors all seem highly competent, one of the more professionally-run surgeries I’ve come across.
very helpful and understanding.makes me at ease.perfect…...thanks

Dr Sumi Soori is the best Doctor I've had in London in 15 years, she is extremely kind, warm and caring, professional and listens to everything you want to talk about, she is more than a Doctor when you visit her. She gives you plenty of time in your appointments and gives fantastic advice on top of her Medical experience. I cannot recommend her enough, I've left Richmond and moved to South West London but I am still making the journey to see her at her practice. Highly highly recommend the lovely Dr Sumi :) x
Dr Soori is a fantastic practitioner who takes the time to understand her patients. She provides holistic care with a smile. Also her availability (in person or via email) is fantastic. Also the reception staff is welcoming and helpful.

We moved to this surgery two years ago. I have found the receptionists to be consistently helpful, friendly and efficient. I try to always see Dr Parekh because he is kind, calm, considerate and experienced, I trust him completely. I saw Mary, the health assistant, recently - she followed up a problem I had with an appointment at Kingston hospital, and phoned me within 24 hours to say she had sorted it - excellent service.

Helpful and friendly staff there. A spacious place and one could feel warmly received.
Twickenham Rd, Isleworth TW7 6AF, UK – 020 8560 2121
I fell on my head while skating and they served me quickly than expected. I was called in after 5 min and waited about 2-3h for them to finish with me, despite their building being in renovation, I know that they did as soon as they could. So the experience has been quite satisfactory. I have used the Kingston hospital before for a different reason but it was for emergency and I waited for a VERY long time. (4h or 5h) :(
The service I got from the staff at the A&E was truly excellent. From reception to nurse and doctor. Despite being so busy they took their time and I felt they took good care of me. I'm glad I live near such a good hospital.

This was our parish in 1999-2000 when Fr. Alexander Sherbrooke was the pastor. We made wonderful friends there in that one year, when I was on an academic leave and was teaching at Richmond University, The American International University. The parish has a very well-defined mission of social justice.
Great church hall for birthday parties and any other occasion, plenty of space inside and outside, next to St Margaret's train station!
Townmead Rd, Kew, Richmond TW9 4EL, UK – 020 8876 3281
Well organised. Very good and helpful staff.
Overall this place is good, but can be very busy a lot of the time. I use it fairly regularly as it's my closest recycling point. I find it is easy to use, with most things clearly signed and when I haven't been able to find the right area, staff working there have been polite and helpful. The site is a big improvement on the muddy dump it was before. The main improvement I would like is a better traffic system that means I can get out once I'm finished, without being blocked by the queue of cars waiting to get in. For those reviewers who complain about the staff tearing open the black bags. This done to ensure the highest amount of waste is recycled, as some users just want to dump and run. And no I'm not related to, or friends with anyone working there.

Friendly staff and well prepared tasty dishes. A restaurant for all ocassions! Love Jose and his staff.
The service was nice, and the food was about fine. Some dishes were big enough, but others quite poor for their price. However, they should learn how to write the menu in Italian first, then how to cook real Italian food, and finally can call it an Italian restaurant and charge those prices.
14 Red Lion St, Richmond TW9 1RW, UK – 020 8940 9060
Simply put, one of the great and most authentic Italian restaurants you'll ever get the joy of visiting. Simple yet remarkable cooking every time. Go hungry and leave sated
I'm a regular visitor and this is one of the best Italian restaurants in London in my humble opinion. I adore everything here! The food is delicious, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is really nice. I recommend it to all of my friends and to you as well.

Excellent food, wine and service. Great specials and very flexible menu. Italian beer on draft. Personal service and quality authentic Italian food. Would recommend. Eaten here many times as a family and usually bump into friends eating here also. Popular local restaurant. Press ‘like’ if review is of benefit.
Very very good Italian cuisine. Competent and very nice owner. Very attentive service. Delicious food and very accommodating of special requests. Went there with my family and had a great time. We’ll be back!

Some of the "reviews" on this school seem to be written by people who have no experience of it, or are written by people who have an axe to grind for various reasons. My experience is our son has been attending the school in year 7 and has so far completed two terms. Previously he was at Hampton Prep for his primary school years. My wife and I picked the school after attending a couple of open days and speaking with the teachers, who we found to be highly motivated and enthusiastic. Now we have two terms experience I think we can start to form some conclusions. The first is that our initial impression about the quality of the teachers has proved correct. Our son really enjoys school and has found new motivation to work hard to try and achieve his potential. We have also found the teachers to be accessible, constructive and helpful. One point to note is that a new headmaster has recently taken over at the school. He has a good level of experience having been a headmaster previously for a number of years. I hope (and expect) that the foundations laid by his predecessor will be continued, in particular with the method of recruiting talented teaching professionals. My suggestion would be if you are considering sending your child to Radnor House is to go along to an open day, ask challenging questions, and judge for yourself. The school is definitely worth including in your short list, and my wife and I are very pleased we chose it for our eldest son.
Nice school in nice location

Best school in the area! The students are so nice and polite, much more than any school in the area, and my niece really likes the school

Good school but going to school grounds which is 20 min away on coach. A bit messy at times but teachers were nice when I was there in 2013-2016. School fees were about £4000 a term when I was there. There is a nursery for boys are girls but when you go to the junior department up the road its all boys and ages from 4/5 to 8/9. Then you go to the senior department where you go from ages 9 to around 13. Facilities are ok 👌. But sometimes you have to walk up the road for a PE or games lesson😐. There aren’t any changing rooms in juniors so you change in classroom which is a bit awkward. There are games lessons- football in autumn term, rugby in winter and cricket in summer term. Games lessons and playing against other schools start from year 3 (7/8). Playground not the biggest. Generally a nice school though.
Was good when I was there a long time ago now.

I attended Tower House School around 1942 through to 1947-app. I can remember PT teacher Mr Roberson very well, I loved running , so did he and he gave me a lot of help and advise.. I did win a few of the schools cross country races in Richmond Park. I found the school and teachers helpful at all times. Yours . Reg Brewer.
